Well, at least I'm not playing Video Games. That's...that's good right?

A recent Snopes article. What irritates me is how willing people are to believe rumors like this shit. What do they have to back up their belief? Just the word of an anonymous "mother of an Iraqi Freedom soldier" and, one imagines, a conviction that "furners" are just likely to behave in these wildly irrational ways. After all, they hate freedom, don't they?

Anyway, I'm spending tonight working on a CD for somebody. You know, it's almost the only time I listen to music, when I do these little projects like this. I hear a song and I wonder if she'd like it and I think about other songs I've heard that have made me think of her and then I wind up making one of these mixed CDs, even though I know nothing about music. She seems to like them.

I'm finding it hard to concentrate on my writing, which I more or less abandoned a couple weeks ago in the middle of November. I've knocked most of the difficult stuff out of the box for this semester, but I still have my Chinese final exam on Friday, and a rewrite due for my literature class. The big difficulty with the rewrite is that the paper I need to rewrite is pretty hard to revise. I mean, really, there are so few corrective marks on it that I'm a little leery of altering it. Yeah, I know, what a thing to whine about. Shut up, it's hard.

I think...yeah, I think I may compose little stories/poems for my immediate family for Christmas. Oh don't worry, they don't read this blog, it won't ruin the surprise. What? That's not what you're worried about? I'm cheap? No, fool, I'm poor. I'm supported almost entirely by other people's money. I am a tottering financial ruin. I think my only contribution in the past few months has been eight dollars I got from selling a Playstation game on Amazon.com, and I probably spent that on peanut butter cookies at Subway. Trust me, they'll appreciate the writing projects. Well, my cousin might not, but he's a teenager, they don't appreciate anything.

I've sworn off video games for the week, so I may just get a few things done. Oh wait. The Internet.

Shit.

For 8 dollars you could have baked yourself way more cookies than you bought at Subway. Quit whining and stay out of Subway until you learn to be more economical!

You're not Jared!

Write some shit for money, ask Shoelimpy how, he does it all the time.

Hound,

I've always loved gifts from the heart the most. A mix tape is an awesome present. :D

We give each other pirated movies, music and porn for Christmas amongst our circle of friends.

I mean what else would you expcet forma bunch of drunks and college students that idolize piracy?

And as a hint, stop playing video games. I got involved with EQ my senior year of college and slacked off, and look where I am now.
